It is in order but you must make the Panel Secretary aware of it in advance of the hearing.

12. If I lose my appeal do I need to pay expenses to the other side or to the Valuation Appeal Panel?

13. I have been asked to attend a valuation appeal hearing either in the morning or in the afternoon. Can you give me a more precise time for the hearing?

14. If I do not like the Valuation Appeal Panel's decision can I appeal to anyone else?
