Telephone the Assessor in the first instance. All appeals are lodged with the Assessor. The Assessor is obliged to give the Panel Secretary a list of any appeals which have not been resolved by negotiation between the Assessor and the ratepayer/council taxpayer. The information on your appeal is held by the Assessor.
