Please put your request in writing to the Panel Secretary, Mr Graham, stating why the date given is not convenient. If it is a council tax case another date will normally be given automatically, unless there has been a previous postponement. In rating cases or in council tax cases where there has been a previous postponement, Mr Graham will require to consult with the Assessor or a committee of the panel for their views and then report back to you.
