Telephone the Assessor, whose phone number is on the citation, and ask for the valuer dealing with your property. The purpose of the Valuation Appeal Panel is to hear disputes between the Assessor on the one hand and the ratepayer/council taxpayer on the other where they cannot reach an agreement between themselves. The Valuation Appeal Panel cannot become involved in discussions.
